This integration enables end-to-end digital management across the entire value chain—from customer engagement and product R&D, to factory operations, production and warehousing, equipment monitoring, and after-sales traceability. With standardized processes and fully traceable data, we have firmly cemented the groundwork for consistent product quality and dependable delivery.

Our company’s digital system is built on a fivetier management framework, with interconnected and shared data across all layers. This effectively eliminates information silos and data inconsistencies between departments, ensuring that every business process is manageable, visible at each stage, and traceable when issues arise.

Customer service, product R&D, and business operations are collaboratively supported by three core systems: CRM, PLM, and ERP. The CRM system centrally consolidates customer information, order requirements, and service progress, standardizing the engagement process and enhancing response efficiency. The PLM system centralizes product drawings, process documentation, and material specifications, ensuring product consistency across all projects. The ERP system oversees overall business operations, covering orders, procurement, supply chain, cost accounting, and other critical functions, thereby standardizing operational workflows.

Production and warehousing are precisely managed through MES and WMS. The MES system records production schedules, process progress, equipment status, and quality inspection results in real time, enabling full traceability of the manufacturing process and bringing full transparency and control to the shop floor. The WMS system manages material inbound/outbound and inventory counting via barcode scanning, with realtime inventory updates that effectively prevent material errors and overstocking, while significantly improving warehousing accuracy and efficiency.

At the frontline level, dedicated operation terminals are deployed for each workstation. Employees digitally input production, quality, and warehousing data online, replacing traditional manual recordkeeping. This approach substantially reduces human errors and enhances data accuracy and operational standardization.

Across the entire plant, all production equipment is connected to the IoT system, which automatically collects equipment operation status, production data, and anomaly alerts—eliminating the need for manual statistics. Moreover, the IoT enables endtoend product traceability, allowing rapid identification of quality issues and providing solid data support for production optimization and equipment maintenance.
