Recently, PUW announced the completion of a major capacity upgrade, adding one fully automated assembly production line and one semi-automated assembly production line to meet rapidly growing global demand for battery safety components in the new energy vehicle market.

The expansion involves a total investment of several million RMB and will increase annual explosion-proof valve capacity by 20%. The fully automated production line adopts an internationally leading intelligent manufacturing system, enabling full-process automation and increasing production efficiency by 200%. Intelligent inspection is implemented at key processes, ensuring high product consistency.
