Together We Rise, Stronger We Thrive — Dongguan PUW 2026 Team-Building Event Successfully Held

To enrich employees’ lives beyond work, relieve the pressures of a busy schedule, and strengthen team spirit, PUW Dongguan Branch organized a two-day team-building trip to Conghua and Zengcheng on August 22–23. Stepping away from their daily routines, employees ventured into the great outdoors, recharged, and prepared for the journey ahead.

On the first day, the team headed to Dafengmen Scenic Area for an exciting canyon rafting adventure. Equipped with safety gear, everyone climbed aboard their rafts and took on the rushing rapids together. As they navigated challenging stretches of the river and worked closely with one another, laughter and cheers filled the canyon. The experience brought to life the PUW spirit of embracing challenges, working together, and moving forward as one team.

As night fell, the team checked into Chengnan Cliff Hot Spring Hotel in Conghua. A relaxing soak in the warm hot springs helped everyone unwind, followed by a delicious buffet dinner. In a laid-back atmosphere, colleagues chatted, shared stories, and enjoyed quality time together, strengthening the bonds that connect the PUW team.

Day two brought even more excitement. During a crystal-bullet airsoft battle, teams strategized, coordinated their attacks and defenses, and strengthened their communication and teamwork through friendly competition. The group then took on the mountain trails in UTV off-road vehicles, racing across the rugged terrain and letting the roar of the engines fuel their energy and enthusiasm. Later, everyone visited a fruit orchard, where they picked fresh fruit and enjoyed the simple pleasure of a countryside harvest. The two-day adventure came to a close with a delicious feast featuring local farm-style cuisine.

This team-building event provided a valuable opportunity for colleagues to connect, communicate, and build stronger relationships beyond the workplace.
