How It Works – Intelligent Venting System

PUW corrosion-resistant vent valves feature a hydrophobic or oleophobic PTFE membrane embedded within a sealed housing. The membrane’s microstructure:

Allows pressure-causing gases (air) to pass through

Blocks ingress of water, dust, oil, and corrosive agents

Resists degradation caused by acid, base, solvents, or saline conditions
